Privacy Policy

Gym Coach is currently in beta. A full privacy policy is being prepared ahead of paid launch. This page is a working summary of what we store and how we use it.

What we store

• Account data (email, display name) — for authentication and personalisation.
• Check-ins, body measurements, and progress photos — to provide the core product.
• Basic usage data — to understand which features get used.

Who sees it

We do not sell your data. Storage and authentication run on Supabase (our infrastructure provider). If you have connected a coach, they can see what you have explicitly shared with them, and nothing else.

Your rights

You can request a full data export or account deletion at any time via the contact page. We aim to respond within five business days.
